Precision Machined Nickel/Titanium

We are able to provide finished parts to tight tolerance from most technical Nickel, Titanium, Stainless steel and light Alloys. Some of the characteristics of the characteristics of Hastelloy alloys that are corrosion resistant:

HASTELLOY B-2

high resistance to hydrochloric acid, the aluminum chloride and other strong reducing agents.
HASTELLOY B-3

same resistance to reducing agents of the B-2 alloy but thermal stability and stress corrosion cracking significantly improved.
HASTELLOY C-4

High temperature stability (650°C-1040°C) in combination with good ductility and good corrosion resistance.
HASTELLOY C-22

Improved corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments of the alloys C-4 and C-276. Excellent resistance to localized corrosion, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

HASTELLOY C-276

Very versatile corrosion resistant alloy. Very good resistance against reducing and oxidizing agents and to localized corrosion. Excellent behavior with the stress corrosion cracking.
HASTELLOY C-2000

It has better characteristis compared to the C-276 alloy.
HASTELLOY G-30

Resistance to phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, fluorinated environments and mixtures of oxidizing acids.
HASTELLOY G-50

Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in the presence of gas containing hydrogen sulphide.
HASTELLOY N

Good resistance to aging and embrittlement in addition to excellent behavior towards salts fluorinated and high temperature up to 870°C.

We machine these materials with special tools and we are able to obtain very precise tolerances for dimension, flatness, wedge, roundness, and cylindricity as required.  On request, our technicians can review your design and provide feedback on machining feasibility including material and cost drivers such as key tolerances.
The result is a price offering to fabricate parts, complete to your design, using CNC machining centers and lhate machine.
We currently supply customers in the Semiconductor, Medical, Instrumentation, Aerospace and Research industries for both prototype and series production.
