Manual Wet Benches

SAT Group's manual wet bench stations are suitable for a variety of applications. We offer a series of standard and custom models for a wide variety of configurations. Our wet benches are made in Teflon PFA, PVDF, PPS, CORZAN PVC-C, and Stainless steel material, depending on the applications and/or customer's requirements. Also built using FM (Factory Mutual) materials of construction.

Model 4C2

Manual wet benches

Wet bench in white polypropylene.

Dimensions: Width 600 mm  x Dept 1000 mm x Height 2160 mm

The work surface is made from white perforated PPS 8mm thick, with the work area located under the manual intake selector to guarantee a correct flow.

The protective front screen of the wet bench is controlled electronically from the PLC Touch Screen (UP/DOWN).

The intake chamber extends throughout the entire length of the wet bench via a cavity and air intake holes which guarantee intake airflow through all the chambers of the wet bench (upper and lower), with the exception of the electrical compartment which has a  separate vent.

The upper front fixture includes a touch screen to control the PLC and a signal tower lamp.

A hinged panel on the same section enables access to the electrical compartment, which is located in the upper part of the wet bench to avoid problems with the circuitry in case of leakage or drips due

to outside causes. The emergency stop button is also located in the upper part to avoid accidental shutoffs.

A hinged door in the lower part provides service access to the drain connections, water supply, nitrogen.

All intakes/outputs are located under the large basin with separate outputs for water and acids, while the compressed air supply can be found in the upper part. The wet bench is equipped with a stationary PVDF Tank (500 x 500 x 500mm) with heating through heated coil in Teflon. The tank includes an overfill drain to accommodate for additional safety of excessive loading of the water For the proper positioning of the equipment, the wet bench is equipped with adjustable screw-in levelers and anti-acid wheels.

The work surface also includes one spray gun for nitrogen and one spray gun for water. All functions of the wet bench are controlled from a touch screen.

Chemical of process: wet bench can be used also with chemical like HF, H2O2.

Model 6E

Wet bench in steel AISI 304.

Dimensions : Widt 750 mm x Dept 1000 mm x Height 2160 mm

The work surface is made from perforated steel AISI 304, with the work area located under the manual intake selector to guarantee a correct flow.

The protective front screen of the wet bench is controlled electronically from the PLC Touch Screen (UP/DOWN).

The tank has a 1” rapid output and a predisposition for the insertion of one bottle for antifire CO2 with tubings in steel and spray nozzle.

For the proper positioning of the equipment, the wet bench is equipped with adjustable screw-in levelers and anti-acid wheels.

The work surface also includes one spray gun for nitrogen and one spray gun for water. All functions of the wet bench are controlled from a touch screen.

The work surface is composed by :

- n. 1 Process module

- n. 1 Rinse up tank in version overflow 360° for single carrier std 6”

- n. 1 Glove tank of washing, completes of mushroom button for a washing spray

- n. 1 Dry Gun N2

- n. 1 Spray D.I.W.

All interior parts and process Wet Bench (excluding electric vain) are subjected to exhaust with the possibility of regulation by PLC. The electric and pneumatic is totally separate from the areas potentially contaminated by acid and condensation. In addition, the electrical compartment is placed in relation to external pressure through a permanent flow of compressed air dry. The wet bench is equipped with automated system for saving DI Water when it is in stand-by. All utilities with acids have separate exhaust (operated by PLC). In addition, the safety tank is equipped with sensor leakage.

All service vains are equipped with interlook and controlled from

PLC. The wet bench is equipped with a transparent protective panel antacid with handling up / down motorized operated by PLC. In stand-by panel lowers automatically up to 10 cm from the floor.

The wet bench includes a vain for DPI (protective clothing). the wet bench is equipped with adjustable screw-in levelers and anti-acid wheels. All functions of the wet bench are controlled from a touch screen.

The tank includes an overfill drain to accommodate for additional rinsing during the cleaning process. For the proper positioning of the equipment, the wet bench is equipped with adjustable screw-in levelers and anti-acid wheels. The work surface also includes one spray gun for nitrogen and one spray gun for water. All functions of the wet bench are controlled from a touch screen.

The intake chamber extends throughout the entire length of the wet bench via a cavity and air intake holes which guarantee intake air flow through all the chambers of the wet bench (upper and lower), with the exception of the electrical compartment which has a separate vent. A hinged panel on the same section enables access to the electrical compartment, which is located in the upper part of the wet bench to avoid problems with the circuitry in case of leakage or drips due to outside causes. A hinged door in the lower part provides service access to the drain connections, water supply, nitrogen, and another compartment containing the ultrasound generator for the process The driving of the generator happens through PLC. The tank is heated from ricircle system with external heater in order to carry the solution to a temperature of approximately 60°C. The system has the protections to the resistance of Over Temperature and Low Level that inhibits the heater and the ultrasound generator. The time of process comes marked with acoustic and visual alarm of end cicle.

The wet bench is equipped with a PVDF Tank (600 x500 x500) with ultrasound, recircle system, heating system and monitoring the various solution levels with capacity sensors. The tank includes an H2O automatic filling, applied through touch screen.
